Yuva Paryavaran Leader programme is a joint initiative of Centre for Environment Education (CEE) and Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board (UPPCB). The objective of this programme is to create a state wide cadre of motivated young students as Change Agents who become role models in their schools and communities and set the wheel of sustainable development rolling.
